Taking "A Timeless Gala·Water Rippling with Blossoms" as its core proposition, the project weaves the surging of the Yangtze River, the warmth of neighborhood life, and the refined luxury of modern metropolises into a "flowing scroll of time." Here, it is not just a collection of buildings but an "urban living room" where nature and humanity coexist—using water as a medium to connect the wind of the Yangtze River, the light of Lifen, and the growth of plants; using architecture to translate the elegance of traditional life and the needs of contemporary socializing, creating a "tranquil realm" in the bustling city, allowing every returnee to touch the city's temperature and their own stories.

Located by the Yangtze River, surrounded by parks, and with Lifen culture as its spiritual backdrop, the project adopts an "inclusive" attitude to blend the "natural sense" by the Yangtze River—the azure waves of the river and the flow of greenery; the lively atmosphere of Lifen—neighborly warmth and courtyard enclosure, with the "refinement" of modern metropolises—(refined materials, light and shadow) to create a "perceptible time garden in the city":

Continuing the courtyard logic of "front courtyard and back garden" in Lifen, it constructs a closed loop of "ritual-privacy-socializing" with a hotel-style entrance, sunken water court, and homecoming corridor;

The warm white texture of Beige Gold marble, the depth of Versace Black, the starry sparkle of Galaxy Years stone, collide with the vitality of wood and greenery, interpreting "the modernity of old Wuhan, the elegance of new Wuhan";
