Rooted in the rich local culture of the “millennium phoenix city” and using phoenix as its thematic IP, the Morning Osmanthus demonstration zone creates an urban living space for high-end local community, blending traditional culture with modern lifestyle through the mixed use of metal and stone.
The Morning Osmanthus demonstration zone is organized along a central axis that unfolds in three main stages. Visitors first enter through a grand 50-meter-wide entrance gate, followed by the water courtyard and the owners’ club. Beyond that lie the forest courtyard and an all-age elevated space, resembling a graceful landscape painting. Drawing inspiration from “phoenix culture,” six luxurious stone walls at the entrance are arranged like phoenix’s outstretched wings. Paired with the Patek Philippe green marble, the dreamy phantom blue marble, and golden aluminum lines, they evoke the image of a phoenix in flight, creating a majestic and welcoming impression of home.
A standout feature is the corner neighborhood center. Its facade emphasizes simplicity and lightness, built with ultra-clear glass, golden aluminum panels, and custom profiles. The large crystal-clear glass introduces natural light into the interior, creating a bright and open atmosphere, while giving the building a sense of lightness and dynamism. The golden aluminum panels and custom profiles complement each other, adding an airy quality to the building. In the forest courtyard, the distinct all-age elevated space transforms the traditional elevated space into the M-LIFE themed hub. Children can learn at the “Chunzhi Academy” and play in the “Boundless Forest”; young adults can gather in the “Private Dining” for meals and social events; seniors can relax in the “Neighborhood Lounge,” enjoying tea, conversation, and leisure. Together, these areas create a relaxing environment for all ages to share and enjoy.
