Located in Shenzhen, the frontier of China’s urbanization, Fuguang Village stood upon a profound historical stratification. The site is home to the 3,000-year-old Wubeiling Ruins (Shang Dynasty), yet the village itself was recently demolished to make way for a modern university campus. The Fuguang Village Exhibition Hall is not merely a museum; it is a digital resurrection of this multi-layered "Genius Loci" (Spirit of Place). Faced with the challenge of displaying a "displaced" heritage, our design strategy centers on "The Narrative of Light." We reconstructed the physical texture of the village—grey bricks, tiles, and old streets—while utilizing advanced multimedia to infuse them with a digital soul. The visitor journey is orchestrated as a temporal odyssey: from the ancient echoes of the "Relic Reborn" (AI-revived pottery) to the emotional resonance of the "Timeless Narrator" (Metahuman), finally witnessing the region's explosive growth on the "Urban Surge" luminous matrix. The exhibition transcends traditional static displays by transforming the void of loss into a sanctuary of memory. It serves as a cognitive bridge, connecting the displaced indigenous villagers with the modern university students now occupying the land. By digitizing archaeological findings, oral histories, and architectural forms, we have built a "Digital Ark" that ensures the culture survives its physical erasure, offering a profound sense of belonging in a rapidly changing city. The project's defining achievement is its use of architectural and scenographic syntax to rearticulate historical narrative. Departing from linear chronology, Powder Studio has crafted an immersive “temporal fold” — a spatially cyclical experience that intricately weaves together a century of local history, transformation, relocation, renewal, and future vision. At the entrance, the "Light · Banyan" installation reconstructs the village's spiritual totem with thousands of optical fibers. Along the path, the "Door of Time" recreates past life scenes through naked-eye 3D, while the "Digital Sandbox" uses flowing light and shadow to depict geographical changes. At the turning point, the digital grandmother from "People of Fugang in Memory" offers a tender retrospective that transcends time, the profound transition from village to campus. Here, technology recedes as a silent translator, allowing emotion and memory to become the sole
