Hongjiu Dalian Road Project

This project is situated at the crossroads of Dalian Road Metro Station in the core area of North Bund, a convergence point of the city's traffic flow. To the west, it adjoins the Tilanqiao Historic Block, boasting a profound cultural heritage; to the east, it overlooks Dalian Road Green Space Park with an unobstructed landscape view; and to the northeast lies a cluster of modern office buildings. The project comprises a high-rise office building, three slab-type high-rise residential buildings and a twelve-unit stacked villa building, and is equipped with street-front commercial facilities and other business formats.

The lighting design of this project differentiates the nighttime visual expressions of the office area from the commercial-residential zone. The office tower adopts 4000K cool white light, and more grand and dynamic lighting techniques are applied to the side facing the nearby headquarters and R&D cluster to align with the city's image positioning. For the residential buildings and ground-floor commercial spaces, 3000K warm white light is selected and concentrated on the top and gable facades – showcasing the skyline and community image without disturbing the residents.
