Jiangshan Wanli redefines modern living with a forward-thinking approach, introducing the pioneering concept of “Fifth-Generation Housing.” Central to this vision is a striking 10-meter elevated podium. This dramatic elevation establishes a pristine, car-free sanctuary by strictly separating private residences from parking and service areas. Beyond ensuring absolute privacy, the design floods lower-level units with natural light and ventilation, cultivating an atmosphere of serenity and openness.
Embracing the avant-garde language of “Superfluid Aesthetics,” the architecture dissolves traditional rigidity through sweeping curves and dynamic arcs. The facade flows with rhythmic vitality, breaking the monotony of conventional forms. With a sophisticated staggered-floor layout, every residence commands a majestic 6-meter double-height terrace alongside a breathtaking 270° panoramic view. This design creates a living ecosystem where lush vegetation thrives in mid-air courtyards, allowing the building itself to breathe.
Capitalizing on the elevation of the raised podium, the landscape design establishes a multi-dimensional garden interwoven with dynamic social spaces. The project features an immersive demonstration zone of over 8,000 square meters that maps out an ideal blueprint for living, while the nearly 30,000-square-meter garden realizes the vision of a secluded paradise—structured as “One Grand Promenade, Three Thematic Gardens, and Nine Serene Retreats.”
