ROYAL JADE

The project reinterprets traditional Fuzhou architectural elements in a simplified way, combining avant-garde art with local culture to create a lifestyle that feels refined yet relaxed. The design blends leisure-resort vibes with understated luxury, using a palette of natural wood tones, off-whites, and light grays, accented with olive green and caramel. Centered on the theme of “Nature, Bookstore, Retreat,” a sunken courtyard brings water features and greenery into the interior, dissolving the boundary between inside and outside. At the heart of the space is a book bar, which connects reading, socializing, fitness, and family areas without rigid divisions. With indoor and outdoor spaces flowing into one another, residents feel immersed in nature—making everyday homecoming feel like a vacation.
