SHINING PEAK occupies a prime location in the heart of the Shanbanqiao area in Chenghua District—south of Shanbanqiao Road—fully benefiting from the urban renewal of this "International Shanbanqiao" district and standing as a landmark masterpiece of the area's revitalization. The landscape design traces the flow of snowmelt to create six thematic zones—including the Cascading Waterfall, Hidden Lake, Snow-Reflecting Forest, Tundra Woodland, Nebula Snowscape, and Drifting Clouds—forming a cohesive spatial sequence. An expansive 80-meter main entrance—featuring an array of black pines, a custom waterfall feature wall, and world-class luxury stone—creates a hotel-style arrival experience. At the heart, a 1,000-square-meter lake recreates the atmosphere of a highland alpine lake, featuring tiered tidal waterfalls, a floating water courtyard, and curved walkways that unfold in layers. Interspersed forest gardens and a clubhouse healing garden utilize rare flora, artistic paving, and exquisite water features to craft private, secluded sanctuaries perfect for strolling and relaxation.
