Yunman Pushe, Hefei

Yunman Pushe, Hefei is a low-density residential landscape project guided by the concept of a “hidden luxury island residence.” Drawing inspiration from the waterways of Tianhu Lake and the Green Axis Park landscape system, the project establishes a structured spatial framework of “Two Axes, Two Entrances, Two Cores, and Seven Islands,” forming a clear and legible landscape order.

The design reinterprets the conventional “one garden per building” model into a continuous and interconnected landscape system, where architecture and landscape are integrated into a unified spatial experience. Circulation, ecology, and daily life are organized through a sequence of island-like landscape spaces.

Material expression plays an important role in shaping the project’s identity, with carefully selected stone, jade, and vegetation defining a refined and cohesive landscape atmosphere. Key spatial nodes, including the entrance sequence, clubhouse landscape, and sunken courtyard, are designed as immersive environments that combine craftsmanship detail with natural elements.

The project creates a contemporary residential landscape with approximately 40% green coverage and a floor area ratio of 1.6, offering a secluded yet connected living environment within an urban context.
