Bairui Jiuxi Jiangnan Phase I, Aksu

The project is located in the southern core of Aksu, benefiting from comprehensive urban amenities and exceptional ecological resources. Conceived as a benchmark fourth-generation residential community, it features a three-dimensional garden landscape organized around elevated terraces and a unified podium. Centered on the concept of an “Urban Core Three-dimensional Oasis,” the design draws inspiration from the natural landscapes of southern Xinjiang—including the Tianshan Mountains, oases and Yardang landforms—to create immersive spaces themed around mountains, water, valleys and forests. Flowing curves inspired by oasis forms shape the landscape, while terraced steps connect the upper and lower levels. Sunken courtyards are reimagined as themed gardens and planted valleys featuring drought-tolerant and aromatic species, creating an all-age, multi-layered landscape experience.

Adopting a French resort aesthetic, the design combines the untamed character of southern Xinjiang with understated elegance. Warm-toned materials are complemented by cool stone finishes and refined metal accents, creating a soft yet sophisticated atmosphere. To address fragmented spaces, monotonous fire access roads and repetitive courtyard layouts, the design establishes a continuous three-dimensional landscape system, enriches sunken spaces with diverse functions and unifies the overall streetscape. By transforming site constraints into distinctive features, the project establishes a new benchmark for residential landscape design in Aksu while enhancing everyday living quality.

Native drought-resistant planting forms resilient, low-maintenance ecological communities. Rainwater infiltration strategies and energy-efficient lighting support sustainable development, while durable materials and adaptable public spaces ensure long-term performance. Integrating the relaxed character of French resort design with the regional identity of southern Xinjiang, the project creates a memorable arrival experience and a comfortable resort-style living environment for residents of all ages.
