POLY ORIENTAL

The Beijing Poly Banbidian Clubhouse is situated on the western Fourth Ring Road of Haidian District, adjacent to Subway Line 6 and surrounded by commercial amenities including Jingliang Plaza and Wukesong Wanda. The project occupies a site of 4.06 hectares with a floor area ratio of 1.43. As Beijing's first exemplary project featuring "twin plots stitched above ground with dual clubhouses connected below", the east and west clubhouses together span approximately 4,600 square meters, offering an average of 14 square meters of clubhouse space per household—the highest in Beijing.

The east clubhouse is conceived as a hub for sports, social engagement, and private dining, while the west clubhouse evokes the poetic ambiance of a Jiangnan-style garden—a retreat for refined gatherings, tranquil courtyards, and rain-listening pavilions. The two plots are connected underground via a 750-square-meter circular central carriage hall. Guided by the theme "The Cultural Vein of the Capital · A New Realm of Elegant Gatherings," the design weaves together the historical depth of the ancient capital, the pictorial poetry of the Eight Views of Yanjing, and the scholarly spirit of the Xiyuan Elegant Gathering.

As an ancient capital of six dynasties and a contemporary metropolis, Beijing carries the weight of millennia. The Forbidden City, having stood for over six hundred years, has witnessed a vast sweep of history. The design draws inspiration from imperial architecture, incorporating palatial elements into the interior spaces. The Eight Views of Yanjing—Autumn Breeze over Taiye Lake, Spring Shade over Qiong Island, Sunset at Jintai, Misty Trees at Jimen, Clear Snow over the Western Hills, Spring Water at Yuquan, Dawn Moon over Lugou Bridge, and Verdant Peaks at Juyong Pass—are translated into the spatial visual language through oil painting, wood carving, fabric wall coverings, and ceramic panels. The Eight Wonders of Yanjing—cloisonné, filigree inlay, carved lacquer, natural lacquer, and jade carving, among other imperial crafts—are integrated as intangible cultural heritage of the capital, transforming the space into a vessel of craftsmanship and culture.
