This project is located in Xi'an Chanba International Port, on the south side of the Olympic Sports Central Axis, at the core gateway of the Olympic Sports Zone. Adjacent to Luxang Campus of Xi'an No.1 High School (Gaoxin Branch) on the east and Bahe Wetland on the west, it boasts a perfect integration of nature and culture.A three-tiered ceremonial homecoming sequence is elaborately designed to enrich the spiritual experience of returning home. The entrance lobby, shaped like a Hundred-Meter Glazed Scroll, presents a magnificent welcome. The sunken courtyard features zen-style waterscapes with cascading rock waterfalls and winding streams, alongside a multi-purpose clubhouse for leisure activities. The art corridor and elevated floors, inspired by traditional pavilions and studios, serve as a cultural retreat for relaxation and social interaction.

Drawing on the flying-white brushwork of Huaisu's Zixu Tie, the building elevation features flowing curves. The facade combines light-grey stone-textured and pearl-white aluminum curtain walls, interpreting the pure oriental aesthetics. Equipped with 270° panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, the residence blurs indoor and outdoor boundaries, embracing river dawn, urban neon and pastoral views to create an idyllic living space with picturesque scenery all year round.
