As a benchmark modern oriental landscape of Poly’s Zhenyue product line, the project takes Putian’s profound identity as a renowned hometown of scholars and imperial champions as its core creative root. Drawing spatial layout inspirations from Puyang Academy and Sanqing Hall, the design arranges central and secondary courtyard axes to form a ceremonial homecoming journey themed “Five Literary Realms”, which narrates the complete life journey of ancient Putian top scholars: entering official schools, leaping over the Dragon Gate, winning imperial laurels, cultivating literary attainments, and returning home with glory.

We reinterpret local cultural symbols including Pan Pond, Champion Bridge, Yanshou Ancient Bridge, Champion Red Litchi, together with natural landmarks Hugong Mountain and Mulan Weir via minimalist contemporary language. The design integrates spiritual connotations of “diligent study and noble integrity” embedded in Putian’s champion culture, balancing ritual ceremonial space with leisure functional zones. It inherits regional literary heritage while catering to modern residential aesthetic demands, delivering an elegant oriental dwelling that perfectly blends local history, natural scenery and contemporary lifestyle.
