GOLDENBIRD was born from rebellion with a craving for something more. You know that feeling? When everything starts to taste the same, same bottles, same flavours, same tired heritage stories.

We wanted to set fire to the rulebook, and start something wildly different. So we did.Our founders, rebels with refined palates, had a radical thought: What if cocktails were more than just drinks? What if they could be composed like perfume. Complex, layered, deeply emotional? Jarrod had always chosen quality over quantity, one unforgettable cocktail over twelve forgettable ones. He didn’t want sugary speed. He wanted slowness. Impact. Mood.

So we built a sensorial cocktail house. A place where every bottle tells a story. Where native botanicals meet old-world refinement. Where drinks don’t just taste good, they feel like something. Like memory, Like desire. Like that moment just before something changes. We chased this idea, and the sun. From the wild beaches of Sydney to the fragrant ateliers of Grasse, France. It was there, between untamed coastline and perfumed air, that Goldenbird took flight.
