Precious Park

Precious Park is a contemporary residential development located in Chengdu's Chenghua District, where urban vitality meets the city's celebrated culture of leisure and livability. Inspired by Chengdu's relaxed lifestyle and changing seasons, CCD reinterprets the essence of modern urban living through spaces that embrace nature, fluidity, and emotional comfort.

The project encompasses public amenities and three model residences, creating a holistic residential experience that balances elegance with everyday wellbeing. Rather than emphasizing luxury through ornamentation, the design focuses on openness, natural light, and refined materiality to cultivate a calm and welcoming atmosphere.

The arrival lobby introduces the project's design language through flowing architectural forms, generous glazing, sculptural staircases, and carefully layered lighting, blurring the boundary between interior and landscape. Social lounges, wellness facilities, children's spaces, and communal areas are designed as extensions of daily life, encouraging interaction while offering moments of retreat and relaxation.

Each show residence explores a distinct interpretation of contemporary living. The 253㎡ residence celebrates understated elegance through natural materials, restrained detailing, and spatial clarity. The 204㎡ residence adopts a resort-inspired lifestyle with soft neutral palettes, tactile textures, and flexible living spaces that promote relaxation. The 181㎡ residence combines minimalist aesthetics with functional openness, integrating social and family-oriented spaces into a refined yet comfortable home environment.

Throughout the project, warm timber, natural stone, textured finishes, and carefully curated lighting establish a timeless material palette that reflects Chengdu's gentle character. Curved architectural elements and seamless indoor-outdoor relationships reinforce a sense of continuity, while generous natural daylight enhances both comfort and wellbeing.

By translating Chengdu's unique lifestyle into a contemporary residential language, Huachen Mansion creates an urban sanctuary where architecture, nature, and everyday life coexist in harmony, offering a new benchmark for refined living in one of China's most vibrant cities.
