Stripped of superfluous ornamentation, the space is built around three core principles—framing scenery, material contrast, and light interplay—to create an urban sanctuary that balances grandeur with emotional intimacy.

To bring the view into the space, the floor-to-ceiling windows serve as oversized frames for the river scenery. In the living and dining areas, polished light-grey marble flooring reflects the natural light from outside, making the river panorama feel more present throughout the room. In the master bedroom, a 270° curved glass wall is paired with a matching arched ceiling, allowing the interior lines to echo the building’s organic curves. This alignment keeps the visual flow uninterrupted, turning the changing river views into a natural extension of the interior.

Materials set the mood in different ways throughout the home. The shared living spaces feel clean and crisp with slate, blackened metal, and marble—materials that give the area a polished, social feel. The bedroom design goes the other way, using warm wood, soft upholstery, and muted colors to create a quiet, restful atmosphere.
