The architectural composition employs a courtyard-style layout across ten 16-to-26-story towers, with 711 units spanning 100–168㎡. The elevated design—featuring a height differential of approximately 13.7 meters—interconnects underground spaces, podium levels, sunken courtyards, and elevated gardens, creating a three-dimensional living environment that maximizes communal green space while fostering diverse social interactions.
