High rise residential compounds across northern China commonly face three core dilemmas. Sharp divides separate building facades and landscaped zones, creating disjointed indoor and outdoor experiences. Landscaping layouts lean heavily on rigid symmetrical designs made for sightseeing rather than resident engagement. Excessive stacked up installations cramp public areas and leave residents with no laid back space for casual strolls.

This community reset the landscape building mindset for northern region housing estates and addressed those pain points through fluid, story driven spatial layouts.

Its first phase opening zone sets up a home‑coming sequence with a drop off courtyard, sunken waterside clubhouse and waterfall themed lounge. Buildings, gardens and covered walkways interlock with one another to erase hard set borders and let natural scenery flow seamlessly between indoor and outdoor zones. Stiff symmetrical ceremonial layouts were discarded in favour of layered routes for wandering. Cascading water features, stacked rock formations and winding walkways work together to build an immersive mountain and water getaway vibe.

Instead of sight only ornamental scenery, the full scale neighbourhood features varied activity focused spots: tiered woodland social zones, open air star themed party grounds, pet friendly play zones and a communal picking orchard for neighbourhood harvest sharing. These linked sites boost resident participation and bring a refined resort style landscape atmosphere to the urban neighbourhood.
