About The Entry
The design focuses on the project's site genes (City · Canal · Light) and Hangzhou's geographical and cultural lifestyle (Modern Art, Spiritual Resort, Oxygenated LOHAS, Holiday Lakeside). Using the city flower and golden Osmanthus, combined with the project name "Cuiyin" (Emerald Seclusion) as the guide, it condenses the canal's light and shadow with modern elegance, allowing exquisite luxury aesthetics to converse with nature. Themed with "Modern Gilded · Layered Emerald Seclusion," it re-deconstructs and interprets the modern residential aesthetics full of Hangzhou charm. Integrating the canal's waves, water sounds, and textures into every inch of space.
While forming integration through the boundless connection of spatial penetration, it serves as a social garden that is "viewable, visitable, appreciable, gatherable, social, and private." The large-area landscape adopts the plant design theme of Boundless Forest Life · Light Luxury Four Seasons. Through innovative techniques, the aroma, color, and texture of plants, combined with elements such as water scenery, mist forests, and light and shadow around the five senses of people, strengthen the spatial narrative and immersive experience of each themed scene in the park.
It improves better living environment through functional plants—starting from the three aspects of climate, nature, and people, adding insect-repellent plant landscape construction, butterfly-attracting plant landscape construction, popular science plant landscape construction, and rehabilitation plant landscape construction in the three functional categories of "Improvement of air suitability between plants and residential areas," "Enhancement of biodiversity between plants and residential areas," and "Optimization of recreation functionality between plants and residential areas." The four seasons of Golden Harbour are the best background for life; a good community is never just about living.
The project provides "warm" living security for different groups, reshapes a "dynamic" waterfront space through urban renewal, and guards the "memorable" canal culture in development.
