Jincheng Guotou · Fengcheng Huaju Project

This masterplan aspires to create a model low-density community that both carries forward the cultural lineage of Jincheng and responds to the aspirations of contemporary high-end wellness living. It offers residents an ideal dwelling—serene and comfortable, close to nature, culturally enriched, and secure and convenient—establishing a poetic exemplar of quality living for contemporary Jincheng.

Set within the Baima Temple Scenic Area, the project resolves grade changes through a series of terraced platforms. By capitalizing on the site’s north-high, south-low topography, it minimises visual intrusion upon the surrounding environment, securing optimal views from residential spaces while integrating harmoniously into the Baima Temple Scenic Area.

The project is planned and laid out with people at its core, achieving an optimal balance among product, space, and asset value while pursuing a locally rooted spatial order.

The planning ensures optimal views from residential spaces; the product design makes full use of the terrain to enrich spatial layering, comprehensively elevating the residential experience.
