THCO – The Hype Cosmetic Outlet is a contemporary beauty retail destination located at TRX Exchange 106, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Designed by Miniverse, the project transforms a commercial retail space into a bold and immersive shopping environment that merges futuristic aesthetics, brand identity and customer engagement.

The interior features a distinctive visual language defined by vibrant red architectural elements, reflective metallic finishes, geometric ceiling structures and integrated illumination. These elements establish a strong brand presence while creating a cohesive spatial experience throughout the store.

The retail layout accommodates multiple beauty categories, including skincare, cosmetics, hair care, fragrances and contact lenses. Strategically organised display islands and dedicated product zones provide visual clarity while encouraging customers to explore the space.

Beyond conventional product merchandising, the store incorporates specialised experiential areas, including an eye-lens studio, consultation room, gifting station and promotional event space. These features create opportunities for personalised services and interactive retail engagement.

The contrast between expressive red branding and polished metallic surfaces reinforces THCO's contemporary identity, while carefully considered lighting and architectural detailing enhance the presentation of individual product categories.
