Located in the core area of the National Zhengzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. The total site area of the project is 59,928.72 m², and the capacity building area is 149,456.41 m².

This project focuses on creating a distinctive and unique noble living space with a modern and new Chinese style, using architectural language to materialize abstract propositions so that it has sufficient design ideas, creating a sense of affinity between neighbors, increasing the security and trust of residential areas, providing people with a good environment for communication and leisure, and adopting the mode of grouping high-and low-rise buildings to make them have a sense of spatial domain and good environmental recognition.

The overall planning presents a pattern of "one core and three axes", with two cross landscape roads as the planning axis. Combined with modern Chinese language, a central axis sequence can unify the building groups through the different positions of various types of buildings on the axis to generate a hierarchy of the single structure. Using the technique of "Narrative Turn", the combination layout of multiple courtyards and the composition of the entrance sequence unifies the entire community environment into a whole, to reproduce Chinese-style humanistic elegant collections, and awaken the poetic new life of the community.

In the architectural design, the project embodies the beauty of Chinese classical architecture, draws on the three-stage form of the ancient buildings of Zhengzhou Confucian Temple around the base, and at the same time uses modern and simple techniques to make the facade full of fresh and distinct personality. It pursues an elegant, dignified and generous sentiment, and sets off a comfortable and quiet living atmosphere in the residential area. In terms of form and structure, attention is paid to the distribution with high and low levels and changes in outer shape, reflecting the beauty of architectural rhythm. The mild beige color collides with the thick dark coffee color at the top, showing the harmonious beauty of the building. The index and interpretation of the symbol patterns reconstruct the new Chinese-style national rhyme image with the characteristics of PowerChina!
