Located in the western district of Zhengzhou, the 229-square-meters project is the main boutique residence in the Cloud Series of Country Garden. Thanks to the introduction of the modern minimalist design concept, the design team has blended architecture and humanity by adopting a unique design to provide a high-end and high-quality living space for the house owners.

The main building materials such as marble, timber, and leather and the decorated characteristic metal contributes to the overall interface of the project, which allows the native textures and glossy textures to complement and contrast. This design also complements the color scheme of high-grade grey and warm brown to set a low-key luxury tone for the project. The "no living room" concept, which is different from the traditional functional layout, is a major attempt to eliminate the rigid home line planning by integrating multiple functional areas. This design eliminates the sense of boundaries while reducing the sense of formality in life consciously to provide a free and comfortable living and resting place for the house owners.

The 270° floor-to-ceiling windows have further played their roles to introduce dynamic natural light and shadow into the owners' daily lives for a vivid living experience. The contrast between the bustling city outside and the quiet life inside the walls has become a stark contrast to enable the project a leisure sense of "enjoying a leisure live in a bustling city".

The excessive decoration of the project is reduced to a minimum while the smooth linearity of the materials can be seen throughout the project, which is also adopted for the private areas decoration. Besides the beauty of simplicity and fluidity, the interweaving and sequencing of different combinations creates a parallax visual effect, which extends the space and invite a boundless imagination. The small part of decoration based on the personal preferences of the family members is harmoniously proportioned to the whole space. This highlights the unique individual preference of the colors without destroying the overall minimalist style and also meets the diverse needs of all family members in terms of spiritual pursuits.
