Industrial Chassis

This is a new all-aluminum intelligent integrated industrial chassis. The industrial chassis are composed of cover, panel, and side panels. Based on ingenious internal and external design, combined with multiple protection mechanisms, the chassis brings convenient and reliable user experience. It can be widely used in rail transit, communications, energy, medical instruments, electronic equipment, industrial equipment, and other fields.

With all-aluminum machine milling, its panel and cover, made of strong materials that are not easy to be deformed and damaged, are beneficial to protecting the internal components. The built-in liner is made of electrolytic plate with high strength and can safely place heavy components. In addition, the hollow surface design, together with the high-efficiency heat dissipation side panels, whose corrugated surface on the fins increase the cooling performance, boasts excellent heat dissipation performance. The chassis also has excellent electromagnetic shielding ability, through anodized secondary processing.

The chassis is made of high-end technology, with fine texture, clear silk screen printing and precise perforation. The appearance adopts the arch bridge design concept, the lines and blocks are as simple as possible, and the hidden screw treatment on the front enhances the integrity. Curve elements are added to the panel to increase the sense of agility, and the color matching is mainly blue and silver cool tones, highlighting the sense of technology. The edges of the front and rear panels are smoothed for screen LOGO printing, which is highly customizable.

With a lightweight modular solution, it can be easily installed in just 6 steps, which is convenient and quick. It has German standard anti-loosening washers and professional fastening seals. The thickness of the panel is up to 6mm, which can provide more space for components and the possibility of assembly. Moreover, the front and rear handles and side corners are CNC processed, which conforms to ergonomics and feels thick. There are also aluminum alloy feet to strengthen the chassis structure, provide protection, and prevent falling and slipping.
