It continues the legacy of traditional Damascus steel, known for its toughness, durability, and being entirely handmade from 100% Damascus steel. Hailed as one of the world's three renowned knives, the Damascus Knife offers premium performance and features a distinctive pattern. We select a high-carbon stainless steel core (90Cr14MoV steel core is used, and the hardness of the steel core reaches HRC60±2) and forge it into a 67-layer steel plate through repeated folding and forging thousands of times. This process creates a stronger, corrosion-resistant, and longer-lasting blade. In comparison, Damascus steel exhibits much better corrosion resistance than regular steel after undergoing repeated forging.

The knife's surface displays a bright and clear classical wave pattern due to the high-quality Damascus steel used, which has been folded and forged tens of thousands of times before being ground and polished. This pattern not only showcases the exquisite forging process but also offers a visually pleasing experience of firmness and beauty.

Throughout the entire design process, we take 'waves' as a guiding theme. We carefully consider wave patterns when it comes to designing the handle and selecting materials for the handle and the wood block. This complements the interwoven wave pattern of the handle and the landscape wave pattern of the knife holder, adhering to the design criteria of modern aesthetics, all inspired by the unique 'wave pattern' of Damascus steel.
