The development of technology is forcing changes in the office environment, so we have traced our vision to the future of the urban office, from the beginning to the end!
The rapid urbanisation over the past few decades has led to an urgent need to improve the quality of work and life. In response to the high level of office and living standards required for the CITIC Fortune Building, Mantis Design has sought to build on the traditional office building by extending the 'Urban garden' and 'green office space' within the square and staunch form of the building, along with the theme of a sunken centre landscape.
From the city's inner life, to the extension of vitality and technology, the design connects with life, and no man is an island.
In an interior with a strong sense of vertical depth, the designers wanted to create a space with a sense of natural cosiness.
A high-level social space where vitality reshapes the feeling of space and breaks down barriers between people. The massive columns of the building are clad in stainless steel in a futuristic ambience that defuses the sense of mass. The various functional areas are organically organised around the axis of a wide, transparent zone, bringing a sense of visual openness and transparency. The contrast between people and the volume of the space is thus created, with a classical and dignified narrative being actively brought in to trace the origins of knowledge, and the clash of minds in the arena bringing forth the sparks of illumination.
