Jinan Polly Mansion

This project is located in the High-tech Zone of Jinan, being the first luxury low-density mansion project in the core eastern area of Jinan. The signage design aligns with its high-end positioning. The overall architectural space is modern and pure, the designers take subtle lines and use the light and shadow to create a fashionable and high-end quality. The landscape space combines a sense of ceremony with a hotel-like ambiance, offering an experience of luxury living and a distinguished return home. The interior space well integrates nature and art, crafting a luxurious and prestigious art gallery atmosphere.



The signage design is based on the L-shaped outline, where the reflection of metal luster and glass brilliance creates ever-changing light and shadow details, achieving an good unity with architectural aesthetics. Echoing the landscape design, the use of long rainbow glass material creates a detailed and mesmerizing design context, cultivating an elegant return home ritual.



In terms of color, deep coffee and deep gray merge, emphasizing the visual beauty of layered rhythm. The font choice is rounded and flexible, complementing the rounded exterior outline of the architecture, presenting an overall sense of freely dynamic and relaxed artistic living. This concept bears the luxury residence, showing a five-star hotel experience.
