The project is located in Guanhu Street, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, which is the core area of Luhu Central City.The project envisions to create a green and diversified composite city, combined with the natural conditions of the project itself, and promote the integration of nature and culture into people's daily life while revitalizing the old city.The current situation of the center of the plot retains a natural mountain. The design team will build this into a mountain park, implanting various functions such as galleries, exhibitions and sports.The super ring is surrounded by the mountain. Through the ring, the large commercial center, industrial park, residential community, park, riverside greenway, cultural landmark and railway station are connected , and finally form a super metropolis center of urban-landscape co-prosperity.In order to solve the complex traffic situation of the plot, the project creates a three-dimensional and efficient urban traffic network underground.Vertically, the separation of people and vehicles is realized through the ring layer - ground layer - underground layer, making the walking experience better and safe.A fast circular channel is set up underground, connecting the two main city roads around the plot with each plot, quickly guiding traffic flow into or out of the plot.The project rethinks the contradiction and balance between urbanization expansion and environmental protection. Urban renewal brings high-density urban life, while the natural environment needs to be reasonably protected. The goal of this project is to restore the original ecological base, let nature integrate into people's daily life, and create a diversified "park+" future life scene.
