ORTHGUIDE/Pandaortho is both an efficient orthodontic tool and a fusion of technology and art. It encompasses software solutions, comfortable Panda brackets, arch wires, and temperature-responsive brackets positioners, all aimed at providing patients with an efficient and comfortable personalized orthodontic experience. The self-developed Max Orth interactive orthodontic design system can rapidly analyze the patient’s dental condition, such as crowding, dental arch width, occlusal overlap relationship, etc. It assists doctors in assessing treatment plans, supports visual adjustments and modifications, enabling customized orthodontic solution for the patients.The unique sapphire positioner and 4D printing additive manufacturing with temperature-sensitive materials ensure precise and error-free strengthening, greatly cutting treatment time. Also the additive manufacturing process minimizes carbon emissions, thus promoting environmental friendliness.

The ORTHGUIDE/Pandaortho metal brackets are produced using the Metal Injection Molding (MIM) process with metal powder. The patented locking design ensures the smooth and comfortable fit of the brackets, allowing them to seamlessly adhere to the teeth and guarantee optimal orthodontic results. The biomimetic mesh base featuring 5-layered honeycombed structure enhances bonding strength, while the widened tie wings make the operation easier. The design of precise slots and double auxiliary arch wires help create stable and efficient treatment. With a variety of bracket types available, including the pediatric Panda version, the adult Comfort version, and the conventional Classic version, they cater to the diverse orthodontic needs of different age groups.

Medical-grade polymer elastomer is used for manufacturing intelligent temperature-sensitive positioner for each patient. This positioner is responsive to body temperature and would change its shape and structure once put into the patient's mouth, achieving stable and precise bonding.
