The mix-used project is developed with the site area of 87,200 sqm and total GFA of 330,000 sqm, which consists of 21 high-rise residential buildings and 7 shopping facilities along the commercial street.

In terms of architectural design, the façade design adopts a simple and light modern facade style to express a simple, refined, steady and generous architectural language. Combined with the horizontal and vertical layout in rhythmical design, it creates a modern humanistic community which cleverly stitches together the surrounding history, culture and modernity echoing the art atmosphere. The roof feature of the towers is embellished with champagne gold which creates a very modern and visually impactful lighthouse effect, thus standing out in the urban landscape. As a result, the design aims to create new era classical aesthetic products with ingenuity, fashionable and youthful.
