The Helix, Pivotal's single-seat eVTOL aircraft, redefines personal mobility. Jump into a Helix and take off straight up into the sky. It is designed to immerse the pilot in the awesome sensation of flight. And the exhilarating experience leaves every pilot with a huge smile.

Unlike any other eVTOLthe entire vehicle rotates to transition between vertical flight in hover mode to efficient forward flight in cruise mode. As a result, the Helix offers significantly reduced mechanical complexity, lower weight, and fewer points of potential failure compared to all other eVTOL designs. The result is greater reliability, with reduced cost and complexity to enhance operator safety.

Pivotal’s design philosophy revolves around elegant, intelligent simplicity. The intuitive flight deck features right- and left-handed joysticks and a state-of-the-art touchpad display. Each element is meticulously designed to ensure effortless control and comfort throughout the journey. Automated features like landing assist increase the ease of operation of these cloud-connected vehicles.

Without the environmental impact or the noise and air pollution produced by fossil fuel engines, eight electric motors deliver thrust for precise control of the Helix aircraft and quiet, efficient propulsion in cruise mode - always emissions free.

Whether it's a leisurely flight over rural landscapes, a cruise up the coast, or a short hop to visit a neighbor, the Helix allows people to explore remote areas and embark on new adventures. Designed for compact storage, the aircraft can be transported in a 14-foot trailer. With an assembly time of just 30 minutes and the ability to take off and land on pavement, grass, dirt, and landing pads, the Helix makes flight more accessible.

The Helix weighs just 348 pounds and complies with U.S. FAA Regulation Part 103 specifications for civilian ultralight vehicle operations. Under this regulation, Helix pilots are not required to have a pilot’s certificate for operation in airspace away from urban areas and airports.

Most importantly, the wide-angle view and quiet operation envelopes pilots in their natural surroundings, fostering a deep connection with the wider world and the aircraft itself.
