CITY OF SKY

CITY OF SKY is located on the top floors (58th to 60th) of the Overseas Chinese Town Tower in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, covering a total area of 10,000 square meters. It took three years to complete, with a total investment of 300 million RMB, aiming to create a global cultural landmark that blends art with futuristic trends.



The design draws inspiration from a space theme, utilizing a variety of high-end materials such as stainless steel with hyperbolic curves and forged techniques, marble, and glass. These materials are combined with advanced sound, light, and electrical technologies, along with fully intelligent programming, to create an immersive multi-sensory experience. One of the key highlights is the artistic staircase made from two-way 304# mirror stainless steel, connecting the 58th to the 60th floors. This staircase is complemented by a massive LED screen and a circular water feature at its base, together creating a dynamic and ever-changing spatial effect.



This unique design has not only garnered widespread public acclaim but was also recognized in 2023 by China's CCTV programs "Innovation Road" and "Craftsmanship of a Great Nation" as the top 1 artistic staircase in Asia.
