JIANG YIN MANSION

This project is located in the core urban area of Jiangyin, occupying a prime location of the south gate of Jiangyin, adjacent to the landscape belt of Xicheng Canal, offering a panoramic view of the bustling cityscape. The overall design uses river landscape elements to create a marked residential facade, showing the long-standing heritage of Jiangyin with a flowing river and soft beauty.

The overall planning adopts the traditional Chinese courtyard planning pattern, which consists of 11 towers, and the distribution of towers takes into account the orientation and landscape sight. The architectural style of project is mainly modern style, integrating river elements to create curve aesthetics, and smooth lines and curve sections bring visual movement. The facade features curved metal line design, supplemented by arc surface treatment and arc overhanging eaves at the turning point, which makes the facade have an essential tension, balancing both solidity and lightness.

Aiming to create a diverse and integrated green neighborhood, the Community forms a plurality of internal landscape courtyards by combining the north and south of the site, fostering a familial recreational area and an eco-social space where life slows down.

The bottom of tower is transformed into an elevated podium featuring a multifunctional clubhouse, which is implanted into children’s activity areas, yoga rooms, gymnasiums and other functional places, so as to solve the community life needs of customers of all ages and reconstruct the interpersonal network with “beautiful community practice”.

As far as architecture is concerned, the entrance threshold defines the quality of life. As a buffer space connecting underground garage and above-ground residence, the underground lobby emphasizes the importance of high-quality household design. With stars twinkling overhead like the vast Milky Way, the house owners experience a sense of ceremony when they return home.
