As the first "Fourth-generation Residential" Project in Ma'anshan, China, all the gardens are moved into the air to create a multi-level and multi-dimensional "courtyard view" and the interactive and ecological living experience, where the project evolved from "building" to "growth", from "using nature" to "feeding nature". A residential complex occupies a significant portion of the land in China's cities. With the deepening of new urbanization and the practice of "dual carbon", the value evaluation system of residential buildings is also evolving accordingly. It is the new requirements of the times for design practitioners to respect the relationship with the city and nature to a greater extent, to shift from a single perspective of self-value to a diversified perspective of urban development, and from changing nature in the past to giving back to nature.
Under the background of "dual carbon", as the first fourth-generation residential project in Ma'anshan, the architectural team absorbed the traditional courtyard life and modern living concepts, and moved the garden to the air, creating a more interactive and ecological living experience. The architectural refinement integrates the forest growth intention and traditional architectural elements, and creates a multi-level and multi-dimensional "courtyard scene" through the scattered arrangement of sky gardens on odd and even floors; Each unit is given a separate deck-style sky terrace, complemented by silver-grey metal lines, outlining the contemporary restrained urban façade and borderless visual effect.
