TinyCase, this ingeniously designed foldable electric motorcycle, stands as a paragon of lightweight electric motorcycles globally. Over 200 days and nights of meticulous craftsmanship, we have employed a die-casting structure and a zero welding frame system, precisely controlling the overall weight of the motorcycle at 18.6kg (with the frame assembly at 7.2kg, the motor control assembly at 2.4kg, the pack module at 2.5kg, and the wheel assembly at 3.6kg). This achievement represents the perfect fusion of technology and artistry.
The TinyCase weighs only 18.6kg and features an impressive fold ratio of 6.5:1, with a thickness of just 14.80cm. Thanks to this unparalleled portability, even a woman can easily fold and unfold the motorcycle on her own. Additionally, the trunk of a typical SUV can easily hold up to 8 Tinycase motorcycles. A 40-foot high cube container can load up to 680 units, while a standard 20-foot container can accommodate 288 units, which significantly reduces storage costs and eases logistics pressures.
TinyCase, with its lightweight design and commitment to green principles, brings sustainable mobility to a new level. This electric motorcycle, with its exceptionally light weight, significantly reduces the riding burden, enhances energy efficiency and achieves an 8%-10% improvement in range, which make riders’ journey more economical and efficient. Additionally, the entire body shell of TinyCase is made from highly eco-friendly recycled plastic (also allow riders to DIY the shell at their wills), while the main frame is constructed from high-strength, lightweight aluminum alloy material. This ensures the motorcycle’s stability and safety, as well as further contributes to environmental sustainability. Meanwhile, it has equipped with a Type-C interface. This interface supports in-car and home charging for our products and also allows the product to discharge, as to charge other devices, which offers users a more environment-friendly travel experience.
