It boasts landmarks of the municipal government, the Xiuhu commercial district, and urban green spaces such as the Jiangbin Green Corridor, Xiuhu Park, and Yiwu Ocean Park; On the south side, enjoy the CBD commercial district of the Economic Development Zone, while enjoying the bustling fireworks and tranquil poetry. The spatial design concept revolves around the theme of "Phoenix Seeking Scenery", eliminating the overlap between natural forms and the site, and combining Eastern elegant living to depict a new model of contemporary human habitation.
The ancients regarded the phoenix as the "god of wind". "When the phoenix flies, it blows its wings into the wind", and the airflow generated by the phoenix's flight is called "wind".
