Xiadie villa of C&D Central Park

The project is situated in the picturesque city of Zhangzhou, nestled within the prestigious residential community of Jianfa Royal Manor. It represents a meticulous design effort by the architect for a long-standing client from a decade ago, who they had previously collaborated with to create a private villa within the client's factory premises, witnessing the growth and transformation of the family.



Now, with the children having established their own families, the client has decided to acquire both a lower and an upper duplex villa in the city center, prioritizing the education of their grandchildren and the convenience of family reunions. This time, the design focuses solely on the lower duplex villa, spanning over 300m² in area, with the ambition to craft a luxurious yet intimate living space that seamlessly blends leisure, vacationing, entertainment, and family gatherings.
