Suining Media Center Project

1. Project Background



Suining Media Center is positioned as "the pioneer of innovative art, the leader of noble art, and the guide of popular art", combining fashion and avant-garde, elegant art and popular fashion to meet different market needs. The park design closely grasps the concept of "mountain, stone, and water", and scientifically and systematically, artistically and comprehensively realizes the cultural center, cultural and creative industry incubation center, industrial digital service center, etc. as the main body; using integrated design as a means, digital is transformed from abstract art to visual art, and the industry is transformed into an innovation park. This project aims to carry out overall planning and design of 66.23 acres of land, in order to solve the strategic problems of how to make good use of land and comply with local policies, how to fit the market and develop reasonably, and how to create a high-end new digital building that is efficient, economical, applicable, beautiful, and in line with the requirements of the times.

2. Project Overview



The project is located in the second phase of Hedong New District, Suining City, close to the south side of the city cultural center (HD05-01-05 plot), with a plot area of ​​66.23 acres. The total land area of ​​the project is 44100.00m², and the overall plot ratio is required to be ≥1.0. The land is adjacent to traffic fortresses on all four sides, and is close to residential areas, cultural centers, and coastal city parks. The total construction area is 113040.00m². According to the construction standards of a comprehensive modern digital industrial park, the main functions of the building are media and cultural center, cultural and creative industry incubation center, industrial digital service center, etc., and office space is provided according to the needs of production and the park.
