Ri Light

Ri Light Space is a design project centered around light, where architectural structures are reimagined through mathematical precision to explore the dynamic interplay between light and space. Inspired by the concept of photosynthesis, the space seamlessly integrates natural and artificial light, utilizing laser-acrylic skylights that refract rainbow hues and golden-ratio geometric wall panels to create an immersive, futuristic light theater. The functional layout includes an interactive light art exhibition area, a café and social lounge, and a curated retail section. Through luminous installations, open spatial compositions, and thoughtful functional extensions such as kitchen and washroom areas, Ri Light Space strikes a delicate balance between aesthetics and practicality, embodying a philosophy of becoming light and embracing the beauty of the present moment.

As light filters through the laser-acrylic skylight, the geometrically cut walls transform into fluid golden grids, redefining the narrative of illumination through the elegance of mathematics. Ri Light Space is both a laboratory of light and a sanctuary for the soul. From the morning’s dance of light as multicolored reflections ripple across the floor to the ethereal aurora mirrored in the water at night, every beam tells a story of energy in motion. The golden-ratio bar counter, pure white pathways, and suspended geometric installations craft a poetic dialogue between structure and emotion, blurring the boundaries between functionality and art.
