The office tower project at Yuehai Bay Area Center is located in the Mingzhu Bay Starter Zone of Nansha District, Guangzhou, and stands as one of the core business landmarks in the Nansha Free Trade Zone. Designed with "Structuralism" as its core concept, the project is led by MAKE, a top UK architecture firm, for architectural design, while the LESS interior design team further refines the spatial logic based on this, achieving an integrated co-creation of architecture and interior design to create a business landmark that combines international vision with ecological wisdom.

The project highlights a "dual-tower + diamond-shaped façade" design, extending the geometric cutting language of the building's exterior to the interior. Adopting a unique structuralist style, the project constructs a solid yet artistic building appearance through the clever combination of lines and geometric shapes. The interior space continues this design philosophy, with streamlined metal lines on the ceilings and walls, and staggered stone finishes that echo the diamond cuts and symbolic lines of the exterior façade, creating a visual continuity between the inside and outside. The office area adopts an off-center core structure layout, freeing up a column-free open office space that maximizes a 270° panoramic river view. The bold lines of the building's exterior complement the soft atmosphere of the interior space, jointly creating a modern yet cozy business environment.

The office tower at Yuehai Bay Area Center is not only a carrier of business activities but also a "future urban hub" connecting nature, technology, and humanity. Through interdisciplinary collaboration (architecture, interior design, landscape) and an international perspective, it redefines the paradigm of future office spaces, sets a new paradigm for public space design in global super high-rise buildings, and interprets the deep value of "space empowering urban evolution".
