Amid the hustle and bustle of urban life, the homeowner longed for a peaceful sanctuary—one that could carry the rhythms of daily life while embracing the light of faith. With “integration of faith and life” as the core concept, the designer sought to infuse a sense of serenity into the spatial narrative. Using light as a medium, the design not only traces moments of daily stillness but also anchors the focus of life. Public areas adopt a strategy of maximizing natural lighting, with careful control over how light disperses. Eschewing excessive decoration, the space embraces minimalism and structural clarity, preserving the purity of materials while allowing users to adapt furniture and functional areas over time.
Upon entering the space, the most captivating feature is the interplay of vertical and horizontal lines of light. Hidden colored LED strips embedded within the walls reshape the presence of light—subtle yet powerful. This element forms the visual centerpiece and acts as a spiritual coordinate, reminding inhabitants of both order and inner faith.
The TV wall is composed of sleek Italian large-format porcelain panels, punctuated by refined metal trim, striking a balance between sharp modernity and warmth. Adjacent display cabinets showcase the homeowner’s cherished items, creating a quiet dialogue between personal identity and family legacy.
At the entryway, an arched threshold guides the flow inward. A hidden storage room and a welcoming light display set the stage for a ceremonious return home. The sacred quality of light is translated into quiet strength—free from ostentation, yet filled with fluid shadows and spiritual calm—offering grounding presence with every morning’s first light.
