Runhong City · Runya Garden is located in Guangming District, Shenzhen, and is the first TOD urban resort garden residence in the area. With the future trend of high-quality living, the project explores the shared aspects of hotels and residences to create a natural and resort-like living experience. The design uses modern minimalist methods and urban resort style to define spaces, blending nature into every corner and creating a refined, comfortable living environment. The flowing green landscape and the interplay of light and shadow create a dynamic balance, with each moment revealing a different experience of nature. The horizontal landscape walls define spaces and add order, while the fine textures and materials, such as the Bulgari green stone, create a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The space is designed to be a sanctuary, where people can connect with nature, enjoy serenity, and feel at peace. The architectural corridors seamlessly integrate indoor and outdoor spaces, leading residents through lush gardens and offering panoramic views. The infinity pool, surrounded by tropical plants, creates a resort-style setting, allowing residents to embrace a pure and vibrant holiday lifestyle. Every corner, from the quiet gardens to the serene poolside, is carefully designed to evoke a sense of natural beauty and calmness, offering a perfect retreat in the urban hustle and bustle.
