Guided by the concept of “Stratification,” the project weaves classical art, contemporary living, and future visions into a seamless spatial narrative. Drawing on Carlo Scarpa’s philosophy, architecture, landscape, and interiors are unified through dimensional layering, reinterpreting four key vectors: context, volume, aesthetics, and temporality.
Materiality is inspired by Central China’s rammed-earth heritage, with its warm hues and tactile density reimagined in monolithic beige stone, conveying authenticity and permanence.
Entrance Hall: A 75-meter-wide gateway framed by a layered glass volume sets an artistic and welcoming tone.
Garden of Trees: Along a central axis, a mirror-like black pool reflects the golden gate and sky, creating a poetic dialogue between reality and illusion.
Light Courtyard: Luxurious stone, shimmering water, and natural light merge to form a tranquil leisure space, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor landscapes.
With meticulous craftsmanship, technological innovation, and precise detailing, the project enhances spatial value.
