The project is located in the high-speed rail new city in the southern part of the city center, in the core area of the city, and is a model for the integration of industry and city in the future area. Adjacent to parks, with superior natural resources, mature urban facilities, and high-quality educational resources, with key school districts nearby; At the same time, Jinjiang has a long history and prosperous culture, known as the hometown of the famous top scholars and prime ministers in history, with the reputation of "advancing to the top of the eighteen Confucian scholars". Based on the long cultural history of Jinjiang, the landscape is designed with the theme of "Urban Masterpieces, Scholars, and Scholars", transforming the learning experiences of the students in the academy into living scenes. Integrating the cultural elements of the top scholar with the landscape, bringing the forest into the garden and the mountains and waters into the embrace, constructing an overall garden landscape structure consisting of three axes, two rings, four major parks, and six living scenes, establishing a new highland of urban book forest life. The landscape proposes a "three-axis" design approach, which includes the main east-west horizontal landscape axis and two secondary north-south vertical landscape axes within the community. The landscape revolves around the three axes, and the story line is integrated into the community in a layered and progressive manner with the theme garden along the axis. Create an artistic conception of urban book forest based on forest landscape. Based on the needs of the owners, the concept of "two rings" is proposed around the central area of the landscape. Firstly, the runway is integrated with the functional landscape to create a healthy runway that links multiple functional spaces in the community. Secondly, connect the slow paced landscape courtyard spaces within the community to create a leisurely stroll loop under the forest. Experience the comfortable experience of sports and leisure in the forest. The "Four Gardens" refer to the combination of landscape within the community cluster space with specific groups of people, creating a themed garden experience space.
