TIANJIN APEX OF NORTH CENTRAL

Located in Beichen District, Tianjin, near the Northern Canal, one of the city's five main streams, the project’s design takes Tianjin's "Five Dragons Converging" as its soul, introducing the dragon vein into the garden and blending "dragon culture" with "landscape culture." It depicts the elegance and grandeur of the landscapes. With the five natural forms of "pine, forest, water, mountain, and cloud," the landscape language constructs living scenes, leading and defining deluxe residences in Tianjin.
The exhibition area covers approximately 11,500㎡ and interprets the high-luxury value of the landscape through six dimensions:
Aesthetics : The only 13-meter-high, hundred-meter-long, distinctive urban interface in Tianjin;
Quality: Six global luxury stone materials selected with craftsmanship that embodies eternal value;
Luxury: An 8-meter-high gatehouse center sculpture created by a master to define the interface value of the area;
Nature: The chairman of Tianjin North China Group personally visited nurseries and, after multiple rounds of searching, selected 15 ancient pine trees from Mount Tai, symbolizing "the gathering of auspiciousness." Through three pine planting techniques in three courtyards, high-value plant landscaping is created, namely “a solitary pine stands as a scenic masterpiece,” at the first courtyard, “symmetrical arrangements form a ceremonial grandeur,” at the second courtyard, “nature thrives in harmony in the forest,” at the third courtyard;
Tour: The landscape structure of the exhibition area is a multi-depth five-sequence courtyard, featuring pines and ripples at the front, and waterfall and charming garden at the back. Using nature as the canvas, Eastern culture as the soul, and luxurious living as the brushstroke, this space infuses daily life with poetic elegance, achieving a shared consensus among Tianjin's elite circles;
