This project is an innovative endeavor that blends Eastern residential philosophy with contemporary lifestyle needs, creating an ideal living space for urban elites that embodies the dual qualities of "seclusion" and "worldly engagement."
The design draws inspiration from the regional culture of Ningbo, China, incorporating elements such as the scholarly ambiance of the Tianyi Pavilion, the glaze of Mishima ceramics, and the imagery of the Yongjiang River's tidal surge, all translated into a contemporary architectural vocabulary.
The building facade employs full stone cladding, combined with aluminum panels and glass curtain walls, achieving a visual balance between solidity and lightness while ensuring enduring quality. The planning emphasizes the "vertical courtyard" experience, featuring spaces like star-viewing terraces and sunken courtyards to create a natural environment where the scenery unfolds with every step.
The community features the area's first sunken-style multi-functional clubhouse, equipped with a heated swimming pool, a gymnasium, and six other functional spaces, presented in the style of Aman Resorts to offer high-quality social and leisure settings. The unit design prioritizes practicality, including private elevator access, a three-bay south-facing layout, and an integrated LDK (Living, Dining, Kitchen) living space, significantly enhancing residential comfort.
In terms of sustainability, the project introduces a "vertical forest" ecological facade, utilizing climbing plants to regulate the microclimate. The landscaping system incorporates native tree species to create a low-maintenance community ecosystem. Additionally, an intelligent booking system is implemented to improve the efficiency of public facility usage and prevent resource waste.
This project not only provides high-quality living spaces but also strives to harmoniously integrate cultural heritage, natural symbiosis, and contemporary living.
