Future Shine Landscape Design

Starting from Jinglong Mountain in Nanjing, China, the landscape design aims to create an impression of a mountain and valley. This bold and enthusiastic design concept showcases the architects’ reflection on nature and the humanities.

Echoing to the surrounding natural scenery, and inspired by Jinglong Mountain, the curves simulate the form of rivers, restoring the natural atmosphere of the valley, emphasizing the simplicity and quietness of the mountainous city, and creating a habitat hidden in forest and mountain.

The architects break through the original site restrictions in the core area of the city, build a brand new image of a landscape in the sales center, which outlines the symbiosis of nature and craftsmanship. The landscape design combines the natural scenery with the romantic lifestyle of the modern city, connecting the urban population and the natural mountain environment, and exploring the pleasant residences in the modern city. The light palette of the overall project creates a stylish, artistic, and decorative landscape tone.

Taken the shape and texture of Jinglong Mountain, the path simulates the line of the valley and the terrain of the mountain, guiding the traffic flow and creating an open and welcoming entrance. To showcase the artistic conception of the river flowing through the valley, the path simulates the curve of the river and lake, creating a landscape and semi-enclosed space that integrates nature, art, freedom, and fun. Passing through the "valley", it is the open frontcourt, where metal and glass are intertwined with light and shadow. The overlapping water increases the depth of the space. The overall design of the frontcourt is dominated by curves, combined with the original topography of the site, to create a quiet and modern visual space with a pure sense. Viewing from the negotiation area of the sales center, the waterfalls, forests, and pools come into sight. The silence of the distant mountains and forests and the leaping water are spreading here. The design takes natural mountains and rivers as the medium to fully mobilize people's senses.
