Shimao Xi’an Shine City

In the modern society dominated by efficiency and capital, super-buildings constantly refresh the urban skyline, uniform facade shapes and cold glass curtain walls, constantly eroding the characteristics of the city. Based on our understanding of this problem, during we design this project, we constantly think about how to make the new landmarks match the appearance of the old version of city and how to combine new style elements into the new urban area.
This project is located in the economic and technological development zone in northern Xi'an, as well as on the central axis of Xi'an's urban development zone. Wenjing Road on the west side is the main urban road connecting the high-speed railway station with the old version urban area. The main body of the program takes two super-high-rise towers of 270m and 220m as landmarks to show the image of the city along Wenjing Road and create a heavy and ceremonial visual corridor and urban space. The scheme style adopts the Stern metropolitan style, and the warm tone color stone on the facade and the classical shape of the layers correspond to Xi'an's urban appearance.
Through the analysis of the commercial value and accessibility, the project has comprehensively arranged five formats, including five-star hotels, office, commerce, catering and apartments. While meeting the living and office needs of citizens near this neighborhood, explore the potential of plots as much as possible, and innovate new vitality and diversity into the new urban area.
