Located in Xiashan District, Zhanjiang, an open coastal city of China, Jardin Mansion is positioned as an upscale residential community, aiming to create an elegant, livable and comfortable living environment. From the perspective of spatial art, its sales center integrates Oriental context and contemporary design, so as to create aesthetic living scenes with spiritual core.

With different textures and hues, stone materials and wood complement each other. The reception counter made of white marble and the geometric lighting fixture above it form a contrast of heaviness and lightness. The shrines are arranged beside the wall in an orderly manner. The linear elements highlight calming yet powerful spatial languages. Complemented by dark background and lighting, the space is full of beautiful rhythms and a sense of ritual.

The main display area and the negotiation area are open and free, with no visual barrier between these two spaces. The partitions are arranged on both sides in a symmetrical manner, bringing a sense of depth and creating an enframed view of pure white suspended lamp above the property model display area. The suspended lighting fixture is a cloud-like art installation, which echoes the natural scenery of the harbor city.

The negotiation area is dominated by regular lines. The large-scale light-colored ceiling is complemented by linear light strips and dotted light sources, setting the simple, clean tone of the space. The semi-transparent columns with coffee-colored stripes blur the boundary between openness and privacy, and meanwhile generate a warm spatial atmosphere. The home-like furniture and furnishings create an affinitive socializing space. The tables and chairs are arranged in a proper manner, which meets various needs of sitting face to face or in a circle. The space offers visitors a multi-sensory experience, and promotes the harmonious relationship between people, people and community, people and city, people and nature.
