Shenzhen Urban Design of Block 03 of Qianhai Unit 19

Qianhai is located at the intersection of the Pearl River Delta region and the center of the "one-hour traffic circle". It is the most comprehensive development area in the Pearl River Delta. The design level starts from the concept of anchor city, integrates and utilizes the resource anchor points around the neighborhood to create multiple integrations: integration of neighborhood image, integration of public space, integration of transportation organization, integration of underground space, etc. The plan is to create an enclosed neighborhood group with the central green space as the core. Organize the slow-moving space system in the neighborhood through the central square to provide a green open space buffer, and combine the public transportation, slow-moving system, and public open space as a network to form a three-dimensional and compact layout of the neighborhood. The planning is designed to create a "multi-level, interesting all-weather urban vitality space". The guidance and control content includes the location and form of public space, indoor walking passages, corridor system, green area ratio, plant configuration, paving, street furniture and Artwork set composition. Through design methods and development facilities management documents, the highly complex building space of neighborhoods is realized, and a diversified and systematic urban space is constructed, thereby forming an overall orderly and free-flowing urban space system.
