The project aims to provide a unique entertainment experience, imbuing the residential space with an immersive jazzy atmosphere. To this end, the design team implements an approach rich in artistic and industrial elements that create a home with postmodern features. In the post-epidemic era, living space is constantly enriched with the diversity of modern life, with individuality, texture and diverse appeals.

Contrasting soft and intense lighting outlines different functional spaces in the living room. At the entrance, an electric door gives a cinematic touch to the place. Unpolished textures and exposed industrial elements mixed with elegant shapes and patterns add a contemporary and expressive edge to the project.

Natural tree branches hang from the ceiling, wrapped with vintage brass lamps that provide a relaxed and mysterious atmosphere. The design language combines natural and industrial elements to portray the atmosphere of a charming jazz bar. The project offers a unique mix of high-tech and indoor sports. Behind a metallic mesh with a solid industrial look, a golf course simulator provides an immersive virtual experience. The facility matches the entertaining style of the project, incorporating an electronic golf course into daily life. In a post-pandemic world, the project is an achievement of contemporary technology.

The bedroom evokes a strong sense of privacy through carefully designed visual elements. The deep expression of its walnut wood surroundings matches the tones of the public space outside the bedroom. At the same time, the material provides a soft touch to the area, balancing the industrial elements of the project to create a charming and comfortable space. The background wall uses materials that match the shelf in the work area and maintain a unified visual sense. In addition, exquisite marble slabs act as the connecting frame for all the elements in the project at different levels. At the same time, the purity of the walls serves as the perfect background for artistic glassworks.
